⏳ Completion Timeline: This program is designed to be completed within 12 weeks.
📅 Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled weekly at a mutually agreed same day and time each week.
⚠️ Cancellation Policy: Private sessions require 48-hour notice for cancellations (up to two reschedules per program). No shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours will be counted as a session.
